Thankful It's Thursday! Menu August 25, 2005
WATER
Breakfast - instant oatmeal
Lunch - tomato soup, garlic bread (1 pt)
Weigh In - 6 pm
Supper - I may just do
1/4 pounder w/cheese & medium fries. If not, DH will have grilled burgers on 1 pt buns waiting for me to get home so I can fry the fries! (This is the meal that gets me through the week)

Back on the wagon and I'm going to try not to use any points except for margarine until Monday.
Breakfast: Shredded wheat with skim, splenda, and fresh strawberries
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad (avocado, spring mix, cucumber, tomato, red onion, hard boiled egg, and FF honey dijon)
Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie
Dinner: Spring Mix salad, Roast Chicken (done in my showtime rotisserie), Core mashed potatoes, fresh green beans
Dessert: SF/FF pudding or some other Core dessert

I'm a pitiful excuse for a core-er today, but I need to post what I'm eating so that I can SEE it. This is not a core menu! (just in case anyone isn't sure
)
b: LF chocolate milk, 4 mini donuts (4 pts)
s: goldfish crackers for my messed up stomach
l: salad and probably some cheese thin crust pizza
d: ?? probably hamburgers (no bun) w/mashed potatoes and corn
s: something very light if needed--w/i is tomorrow although I am not hopeful for great results given my week.

d: probably LO corn chowder, (while everyone else eats grilled cheese,) tomato soup, peas, milk

Breakfast: 4 donut holes, decaf w/light cream
Snack: sf/ff yogurt
Lunch: barley chicken (from my freezer stash
), 1 large juicy fresh peach
No snack - dentist appt at 3 pm today!!!
Dinner: herb marinated salmon, green/wax beans, mashed or baked potatoes (depends on my mood and how "industrious I feel - ha ha ha).
Snack: watermelon
I am finding it really hard to stay on track!
