Feeling Focused Friday Core Menu August 19, 2005

  • Breakfast - Grits & Eggs
    Lunch - Marinated grilled chicken, roasted veggies (turnip roots, peppers, onions, squash, mushrooms & whatever else Mom has handy!)
    Snack - popcorn
    Supper - Steak, Grilled or "fried" potatoes, peppers & onions, asparagus
    Dessert - sf/ff pudding
  • Well I don't know?

    Breakfast so far: crusts of ds's toast , 1 banana, 1/2 c. milk

    Lunch: depends if we're home or on the road? Hopefully some kind of salad....

    Dinner: out! YIPPEE - will try to stick close to core.

    I am packing some fruit, water bottle, diet pepsi and microwave popcorn to bring w/us!

    Snacks if needed: light string cheese (1 pt), SF jello, cantaloupe

    d--1/2 sandwich on (3 pt ) bread real mayo (1 pt)

    wow! just eating this i got 13 pts today. that's 2 days i'm going to have to cut out wpa's.
