Breakfast - Oatmeal w/peaches & splenda (LO cobbler), skim milk
Lunch - 1/2 pita bread stuffed with taco stuff (2pts for bread & cheese)
Supper - Going out with my BIL & SIL and my other SIL for seafood. Planning on broiled fish or shrimp, I'm not sure about veggies, they have alot of fried southern kind of veggies. I'm hoping maybe I can get some of them grilled. I may get cheese grits or a baked potato. I hope I can remember to take my spray butter!

Wow did I have a blowout for dinner. And I didn't even mean to. Well that's the way it goes I suppose. This meal adds up to 1115 Calories, 55 fat grams, and 1.5 gms fiber. I'm embarrassed to post that. But if someone could look up the points values for that on WW site I would appreciate it. My little slider does not go up that far (for good reason).

P.A., we are always glad to have new people join us. How long have you been doing core? This is a great group of people and our goal is to help each other as much as we can! I have to say, I would recommend that you eat some more! (This coming from a girl who just ate WAY too much mind you.) You might want to add some protein to your lunch. Feel free to join us on Core Board Chat (I think we are on 26 now), which is where we "talk" daily. You can also post your info on our profile thread so we can get to know you, and you can read about the rest of us. Welcome!!
