Thinking Thin Thursday Menu August 11, 2005

  • Gotta go light this morning, evening weigh ins are hard!

    Breakfast - Canadian Bacon & FF Cheese Omelet
    Lots of WATER
    Lunch - Core Chicken Noodle Soup (made with WW fettucine)
    Weigh in 6:00
    Supper - Hamburger on 1 pt bun w/light mayo and sliced tomato, Real French Fries.
  • Had a coke on the way to work. I got here at 6:00 this morning to try and make up some lost ground.

    B: banana
    S: applesauce and light string cheese
    L: maltomeal
    D: probably nothing

    I'm not hungry today, as you can see.

    Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: Ruby Tuesday's turkey burger wrap (points) and brown rice pilaf; salad bar with great fixins (spring mix, soy beans, red onion, carrot, tomatoes, olives, garbanzo beans, mushrooms, and my FF honey dijon)

    Snack: Maybe nothing

    Dinner: LO cold cornmeal chicken and FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Snack: Popcorn?

  • b: 2 slices canadian bacon on a toasted english muffin (so good, almost like something from McDonalds! )
    l: ff cheese sandwich on ww bread (2 pts) and cheetos ; applesauce
    I was starving and there weren't many options. Of course I could have gone without them but...
    s: I have to be honest...I snuck a couple of chocolate donut holes in my mouth...
    d: tacos and bean burritos! (6 pts ?? for tortillas)
    s: sf/ff pudding or popcorn w/coke zero
