Default Trim up with Tuesday's menu, 8/16/05

I'm all packed and ready to go, so might as well post it!

On the way to work: Diet A&W root beer
Breakfast: maltomeal with Splenda, banana, milk
Lunch: tuna salad, 5 saltine crackers (1 pt), carrots
Dinner: WW spaghetti with diced tomatoes and shrimp, milk

Snacks on standby if needed: unsweetened applesauce, SF jello, WW carrot cake (1 pt), light string cheese (1 pt)

B: canadian bacon and boiled egg
S: banana, serving of cheetos
L: white bean chili stuff; salad; teenie tiny brownie
D: fajitas (4 pts for tortillas) w/ onions, chicken, ff sour cream; chips and homemade salsa (?? pts for chips, I'll fill it in later)
S: No Pudge Chocolate Bar (0 pts)

What can I say? I am a weak-willed woman. :

I am going to try to go ahead and plan my menu for today, but I may have to edit this evening.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs and grits
Lunch - at a local restaurant (we have no chain restaurants in our town or close to us) Cubed chicken w/peppers & onions, broccoli (the only veggie on the menu) I am going to ask if I can get some greens off the buffet instead of getting a baked potato.

Supper - Boiled spicy shrimp, new potatoes, onions and corn on the cob
Snack - popcorn and/or pudding
