Default Totally (Dedicated) Tuesday, 7/26/05 Menu

Happy day to you all!

Breakfast: Maltomeal, 1 slice Delightful toast (.5 pt), banana, milk

Snack: SF lemon jello

Lunch: Tomato soup

Snack: carrots and dill dip

Dinner: grilled chicken, salad with Kraft Free 1000 Island dressing

B: kashi puff cereal w/skim milk, banana
L: LO couscous and chicken, small salad, frozen fruit bar (someone bought for me at work, not sure how many points but probably only 1 or 2...only 120 cals and no fat)
D: cornmeal chicken, green beans, corn, Klondike Slim-A-Bear Ice Cream Sandwich

X: 2 mile walk w/ DH and DP

WPAS used this week: 20

Breakfast - Oatmeal
Snack - banana
Lunch - Balsamic glazed porkchops, corn, sugar snap peas
snack - popcorn
Supper - Grilled chicken, Roasted veggies (turnips, peppers, onions, squash, tomatoes)
Dessert - White Choclate pudding w/strawberries

So Rita, you are an early bird!

Breakfast: Post Shredded Wheat and Bran 1 1/2 cup, skim and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Lunch: LO Cornmeal Chicken and a small salad

Snack: 1 cup FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit Naturals pineapple drained

Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl with brown rice made in chicken broth at home with guacamole

Snack: ?

Waaaaaaahhhh! I left my soup at home this morning! Can you believe I made Judd's lunch and packed it all up, then went off and left mine at home?

I guess it's a good thing I have my old standby tomato soup.

Okay - I'm trying

Breakfast: 1 apple, 1/2 c. sf/ff yogurt, decaf w/light cream

Snack: 1 donut hole!!!!! (okay I need to slowly wean myself off the sugar, don't you think? )

Lunch: couscous salad (couscous, onions, peppers, black olives, canola, parsley) w/some leftover rotisserie chicken pieces mixed in
Fruit salad

Snack: 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese w/strawberries or popcorn?

Dinner: - okay just calling dh now to make sure something is DEFROSTED otherwise I think I will go out for dinner w/dd when we go bathing suit shopping???

just noticed i didn't put any dairy on the list except for a slice of ff cheese. i don't think i can drink a glass of milk, but i'll try. (yeck!)
