I'm uninspired. This is NOT good. Next few days are hectic for me and elbow hurts too much to cook. I'll see if I'm in a better place tomorrow to plan.
b--2 scrambled eggs with ff cheddar cheese, 2 corn pones, canadian bacon, sf strawberry jam (1 pt)
l--1 chicken breast roasted with mixed veggies, 1 baked potato/icninb spray, 1 corn pone
s--2 muffin tops made with south haven farms oat bran mix with homemade granola added; top with sf jam
d--mexican polenta casserole
s--banana

l: LO Cowboy BBQ steak (it was delicious!! check out the recipe board for the recipe), plum, milk
d: we're trying the black bean soup and the jalapeno cornbread
B: shredded wheat with banana and lf vanilla soy milk
L: the LO spinach and clam linguine I was going to have for dinner yesterday (But I went out to dinner at Bennigan's and had grilled salmon with broccoli instead)
