D - bulgur wheat and tofu stir fry

I want Kathy's breakfast! It is way better than mine - it was all I could do to control myself and walk away from McDonald's and the coffee shop w/the huge cinammon buns on my way upstairs to my office!!!!
Breakfast: 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese w/strawberries, decaf w/cream
Lunch: 2 eggplant pizzas, brown rice

Snack: cherries
Dinner: if there's any chicken left? Otherwise might make some whole wheat spaghetti and use the leftover sauce from yesterday.
I am in a bad way tho - feeling quite vulnerable and this scares me!
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1 banana cooked in
Lunch: LO meat sauce over rotini
Snack: Chocolate cherry smoothie (1 cup skim, swiss miss, 2/3 cup frozen cherries)
Dinner: Spring mix salad with tomatoes and mushrooms. Not sure about the entree yet. Maybe steak, baked potato, corn on the cob all done on the grill while we SWIM!
