Default Super Core Saturday Menu, June 4

I can't believe that it is June 4!!

b: 2 turkey sausage links (I don't know if these are core, but they were the core-yist breakfast food I had around here...if not I think they are only 1 or 2 points anyway.) and some scrambled eggs that DH brought home from McDonald's.
s: carrots and broccoli with ff ranch dip
l: subway turkey sandwich w/lite mayo and veggies, baked lays and diet coke (10 pts? not sure, but doesn't much matter since I'm way over points for this week anyway )
d: maybe a baked potato? ate lunch really late so not hungry right now (ended up with a potato, broccoli and ff dip, and a WW ice cream bar)

B/L: nothing until after weigh-in, and it'll probably be a fruit cup and sandwich (ditching the bun) from Chick-Fil-A

D: cooking out at my brother's today so I guess that means hamburgers. Is it rude to take my own meat in case his isn't very lean? I'm also going to make some Core potato salad and maybe some baked beans made with SF Log Cabin syrup. I like them sweet.

I don't think it's rude at all! I ask my family to buy me the lean meat! He should be happy he doesn't have me for a Sister. Do you have a recipe for your beans? I like them real sweet too and haven't had any since Core. What kind of beans do you use?

There's a vegetarian baked beans from Bushes -- and since vegetarian baked beans are checked Core, I just go with them. Then I add chopped onion and bell pepper, splenda, mustard, a teeny bit of BBQ sauce, and that syrup. I bake them for a long time until they're kinda sticky. I love baked beans!!
