Hey Kath, if you take away the Core stuff it really isn't 22 pts!! You've made some great choices!!! That is so weird how that happens....

Yep, it would be 7 WPAs if I just counted the non-Core foods. I'm still on the fence about it all at the moment, but the thing I know for sure is that I will be staying on plan, whatever plan it is!

Okay, here's mine. 22 pts. is the goal for today and I think I'm done.

oatmeal w/skim milk 3

Burger King cheeseburger and diet coke 8 (it was next to Walmart)

tortilla chips with salsa 4
ice cream sandwich 4

birds eye frozen green beans with almonds - whole box 1 pt.

So, that's 20 pts., I'll have coffe and a banana for snack - that's should do it; and also fill me up.

Okay, that leaves me 3 pts. for dinner. Guess it will be a salad and some green beans.
I actually think I lost a pound or more doing the Wendie plan, but who can tell with this PMS. Did get some midol today, so we'll see what the scale says tomorrow.

Lisa
