I overheard this in line yesterday at the WW meeting -- a lady said that she went to a luncheon at Neiman's and they had cucumber water. She thought ... "BLECH!!!" but tried it and said it was soooo good! She said for the rest of the week, she put cucumber slices in her ice water and said it was very refreshing!

I think I might try it for something different.
