Breakfast: Southbeachdiet wholegrain cereal, lf milk

Snack: yogurt

Lunch: tossed salad w/leftover chicken, lf salad dressing

Snack: popcorn and diet pepsi (ya I know...)

Dinner: defrosting salmon fillet,probably w/steamed asparagus and brown rice
Fresh watermelon/pineapple/strawberries

Breakfast: Low-carb Special K, milk, 1 slice Sara Lee toast with FF cream cheese

Lunch: baked sweet potato with spray butter

Dinner: (out to dinner with the friend) Chicken fajitas but eating only the chicken, onions, peppers, guac and salsa. NO CHIPS, NO TORTILLAS! NADA, ZIP, ZILCH!

i have a question. I am struggling with CORE only because of my pantry. BUt my husband is helping meto clean that up with more CORE foods. The real question is what does "LO" stand for?

Hee hee, I think we've all wondered that. It means leftover. I thought for the longest time it was some brand of diet food, like Lean Cuisine or something.
