Can I remember everything I ate today? There's a challenge!
Breakfast: South Beach diet cereal, milk
handful of popcorn
Snack:?? small bag of bit & bites, about 5 cheetos
crystal light
While grocery shopping- about 5 small squares of maple pecan bread, 1 ounce cheese samples, 1 olive, 1 piece of sundried tomato
Snack: 5 mini whole wheat pitas, 1/3 c.tzaziki yogurt/onion/cucumber dip, diet pepsi
Dinner: (like I'm even hungry) steak, baked potato, salad w/olive oil dressing, onions/mushrooms on the side.
Snack: watermelon

P.S. For goodness sake I just realized why all the "nibbling" I did not actually eat a real lunch!!! No wonder I was grazing at the grocery store!
