Send some rain this way! But please make it around 5:30 or 6:00 -- if it's before that, I won't see it because we aren't allowed to have windows in the secret area. But anyhoo ...

b: roasted chicken with BBQ sauce
s: mixed nuts
l: egg salad
s: 1 T. peanut butter
d: not sure yet ... I'm home alone while DH is at the Rangers game. He'll come home starving and will probably order pizza, so I have to make a pre-emptive plan to save myself before that happens!! Or else you know what I'll be eating!!

Actually turning gray out here right now (around 10:30 am?) - supposed to rain later today - hope it holds out cuz I brought my walking shoes and was planning for a lunchtime exercise session!

Breakfast: 1/2 c ff/sf blueberry yogurt, decaf w/ff cream

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: YAY for leftovers: 1 broiled lean hamburger patty, 1/2 c. canned corn, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 c. zucchini/mushroom/onion stir fry.
1 apple

Snack: fresh strawberries and pineapple slices

Dinner:??? nothing defrosted? might pick something up on the way home! Craving a chicken in cornmeal/parmesan crust thing!! maybe w/couscous and veggies?

Snack: popcorn or smoothie if hungry (I have noticed I am NOT getting in my milk as I should! shame on me - I do pop a calcium pill every morning tho - 650 grams equal to 2 glasses of milk!).

Frouf, you need your milk to help you lose weight. The pill will help your bones but not your weight loss. Have a smoothie! I know you probably want to poor a smoothie on my head! Do you have the cornmeal chicken recipe that I use on the George Foreman? We just had it again the other day. Jim and I fight over the cold leftovers. It is almost better cold than hot!

Yes - I am going to hunt down that recipe - I think it's on here somewhere!...and I know that milk is GREAT for weight loss - I am not a big dairy eater (slightly lactose intolerant) so I am happy to eat a yogurt once a day, will sometimes actually drink a glass of milk (quite rare), so I know a smoothie or pudding or even my grande cappuccino will help in providing that additional dairy requirement.

Might have to haul out that blender tonight?
