Here is what I had today:
130 AM 1 1/2 cups chicken soup homemade consisting of chicken breast, mixed vegetables frozen, 1/2 bag chopped broccoli, 1 can of diced potatoes. cottage cheese with pudding and pineapple, 1 can of carb clever peaches, 1 apple
on the way home from work I had an apple and 1 serving FF Pringles, my commute is close to 1 hour.
After church I had 3 meatloaf muffins and some WW strawberry pie w/o the crust.
Before going to work I am having salad with chicken strips, 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 cucumber and FF catalina and I will have another serving of strawberry pie.
On the way to work at 10 I will have some grapes.
