okay. i'm back on core. i'll be posting my meals as i eat them. i can tell you i have a pot of pinto beans on the stove cooking now. life is good.
b--mini shredded wheat, 1/2 banana, ff milk, splenda
l--veggie soup (no potatoes)/grilled polenta cakes
s--sf/ff pudding made with ff milk and banana and 8 vanilla waters (2 pts)
d--grilled boneless porkchop, pinto beans, sliced tomato, 1/2 baked potato/ff sour cream, and 3 pan grilled polenta cakes
s--popcorn/diet coke
