  • I can't believe it's the end of March already!

I've got to stay on target this week, because I can't be up above 131 at next week's weigh in. I'm used to having 2 weeks until my next weigh-in, but there's less "wiggle room" now.

b: malt o meal, strawberries, milk
l: leftover white turkey chili (it turned out pretty good), salad, milk
    s: banana
d: sweet & saucy meatballs, some veggie, milk

Maybe popcorn during Survivor...maybe SF FF cheesecake pudding w/strawberries.

  • I don't feel well (tingle all over and feel a little nauseated) so I'm not eating much. So far I've had a piece of string cheese.

    B: ?
    L: ?
    D: ?

Maybe if I feel better later, I'll edit it and fill in what I actually had.
  • Kathy, it wasn't me!! We're all well here, I swear!! (*knock on wood*) I hope you start feeling better. Take it easy.

  • Kathy, doesn't sound good. Probably let your resistance run low from working so darned much. Doesn't take much for those viruses to take hold. Hope you're ok!
  • I have a drop-dead deadline of next Tuesday afternoon because what I'm working on has to be compiled and shipped to Whiteman AFB so they'll have it to start testing the next Monday morning. I got here at 6 this morning and will probably stay til 6 tonight, then another 10-12 tomorrow, all weekend, and Monday and Tuesday will be very long days. I'll be soooo glad when this little push is over, but there are more right around the corner.
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and peaches

    Lunch: Polenta pie and salad

    Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl with lots of veggies, brown rice and guacamole added in.

    Snack: Popcorn or SF/FF pudding
  • B - Oatmeal with banana and apple/milk
    S - fruit
    L - chicken soup and ry-crisp (points)
S - pudding of some kind
D - beans and rice and avocado

That should just about do it.
  • Kathy - try and eat something - sounds like you are burning the candle at both ends for the next few days - and you don't want to get run down!

    Today's eating:

Breakfast: 4 oz sf/ff blackberry yogurt, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: roast chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato, mixed veggies
    1 banana

    Snack: decaf nf milk cappuccino

dinner - better known as the STARCH PIGOUT! (and I'm still feeling bloated - not sure what got into me).
    1 slice bread w/peanut butter
    1 bagel w/butter
1 serving mashed potatoes (see a trend here?)

    Feeling pretty yucky now
