Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1 banana cooked in. Will someone make the homemade applesauce already! I've been without it for 2 days now. How's that for split personality?!
Lunch: Large salad (greens, tomato, egg, red cabbage, cucumber, FF cheddar, avocado and FF honey dijon).
Snack: Peaches and FF Dean Cottage cheese
Dinner: Smothered Barley Chicken, fresh green beans, mixed field greens salad
Snack: SF/FF Pudding but don't know what flavor yet.
B: 2 egg muffins
Sn: yogurt
L: turkey and swiss cheese rolled up, 1/2 cup of strawberries
Sn: 1/2 bag of popcorn
D: might try to make those salmon patties tonight, if so I'll also have a salad
b: malt o meal, strawberries & milk

l: water (how pathetic is that? )
WEIGH-IN (I am bound and determined to reach my "goal" weight at tonight's weigh in. I don't want to wait another two weeks until I start on my lifetime)

D - leftover grilled chicken, green beans, baked potato
We ended up going to a mexican restaurant because DH didn't go to class tonight -- he's dropping the nursing school thing and will just stick with engineering, which he hates but pays very well. And so ... I overdid it just a bit, so I might as well go with Angela's theme and post my Thursday menu now.
