Thursday menu - March 17

  • Top o' the marnin' to you all!! I'm havin' meself a grrrrrreat day!!

    B, Snack: Mixed fruit of banana/sliced peaches/sliced strawberries; cantaloupe chunks, lots of water

    L: Salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radishes and Light Done Right 1000 Island dressing

    D: Roasted chicken, WW spaghetti (I'll try this again!) with olive oil and diced tomatoes, and steamed broccoli/mushrooms/onion/red and green bell pepper

    And more water ...
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1 banana cooked in

    Lunch: Polenta pie that I didn't eat yesterday!

    Snack: Peach smoothie

    Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl with 1/2 cup of brown rice cooked and added in

    Maybe popcorn for dessert
  • Your menu sounds yummy Kathy - I assume there will be lots of "greens" in there? lol

    What I have planned so far:

    Breakfast: 1/2 lf cottage w/pineapple, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: the SOUP! (about 1.5 bowl size?)
    2 plums

    Snack: 1 apple, sf/ff yogurt

    Dinner: boy have I been bad at dinner planning this week - keep planning but don't ever end up eating what I think I will?

    ...so not sure what's for dinner? how's that?

    1/4 DS cheeseburger 3pts.

    D - grilled chicken strips 3pts.

    S - ww toast w/pnut butter 3pts.

    Total 22 pts.
