Here's what I've got planned so far:

B: Smoothie made w/FFSF Plain Yogurt, frozen strawberry, 1/2 banana

S: Fruit Muffin

L: Salad w/ Lettuce, tomato, lean ham, cheese (will count points for cheese) and FF italian dressing

S: Probably another Muffin

D: ??

I'm working out of a different office today and I don't have a fridge or microwave up here so I have to improvise on my snacks and lunch.

Amanda, I'm just curious. What kind of fruit muffin are you having? Is there a Core recipe somewhere?

Vickie,
I found the recipe under breakfast ideas in the Core recipes section of the board.

You use cornmeal, wheat hot cereal, oat bran, unsweetened applesauce, 1 egg, spenda, 1/2 crushed pineapple (in own juice), cinnamon, and allspice. They are pretty filling and taste pretty good too.

Vickie - make me a muffin too! Or at least tell me how you like them?

I am home today - supposed to be relaxing and resting (had headache this morning, but kinda gone now).

Breakfast:
Mcdonald's egg mcmuffin (pts)
coffee w/cream

Lunch (at 2:30!!)
bowl of THE homemade soup
diet pepsi
yogurt

Dinner: roast beef, squash, green beans
maybe popcorn if hungry later

Frouf

P.S Having SUPREME TROUBLE getting in my water the last couple of days? What's up with that? I just can't seem to stomach it? Might need to haul out some crystal light or something to help me out!!!
