How about FF/SF pudding? Or a smoothie made with the pudding powder, milk, a banana, and ice? Yogurt with SF lemon pudding powder mixed in ... fruit ...

or heck, just eat a teeeeensy piece of whatever is calling your name, count it as points, and scratch that itch. I said a teeeeeensy piece!!

I have my chocolate banana smoothie. I package SF/FF hot chocolate powder in blender with 1 cup skim, 1 banana, and 2 ice cubes blended until ice cubes are chopped. Great chocolate flavor. The best is Swiss Miss.

Oh and Kierie, take note of this: when Vickie says 2 ice cubes, she means TWO! I tried to make a smoothie and put 7-8 cubes. It wasn't pretty.

i am with the other 2. puddings, hot chocolates, but every once in awhile we have to give in and satisfy our craving of chocolate. but when we do it now, we are controlled and don't eat the whole bag of chocolate chip cookies, or 5 brownies in a row...controlled.........1 serving or a half will usually satisfy........then we don't feel deprived and WE Count those points...........then have an extra water!

I definitely want to invest in some SF FF pudding Does that come in the cups b/c if I make the box forget it! I also have to dig out the Manly Blender we got as a wedding gift and invest in some cocoa I'm a cocoa FIEND
I like to "give in" within Parameters b/c alot of times I can't stop at 1 It's something I have to learn but a tinsy bit usually gives way to a HUGE CHUNK

I've never found the pudding already made in cups. I buy the boxes of powder and empty them into a little tupperware container. One tablespoon is usually enough for a one serving smoothie, and there are 4 tablespoons in a package.

The ones in the cup are SF but not FF. I bought the little Tupperware snack cups and make it and put it in there. Believe me, on Core you will NOT forget about them!

i found prepackaged sugar free jello pudding at one grocery store.

its made with splenda and tastes ok but it has 1.5 fat grams per serving - besides i like the instant better myself.

Yep, most stores have the sugar free jello in cups, but nobody makes (as far as I know) the sugar free/fat free version already made. Cozy Shack or some brand like that has a tapioca that I think is SF/FF but who cares? I hate tapioca pudding! Reminds me of summer carmp for some reason.
