WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE WW: I've tried it before and it worked. I just got off track, plus my knee started acting up on me and I quit my walking and just started eating what I wanted to. All my own fault. I still could have eaten better even if I couldn't continue walking.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I have a bad knee and I feel if I lose weight, it will help my knee feel better. Besides, I can't stand myself this heavy. I feel like a blimp!
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? I used to walk every day for at least 1/2 hour a day. Then my knee started really bothering me. I had an MRI and they said I have no more cartlidge in my knee. It's bone on bone. They don't want to do a knee replacement on my because I'm too young so I have to live with it for at least another 5 years. I decided that I needed to lose weight as it wasn't helping my knee. Plus, if I do get a knee replacement I'm sure it will be better for my new knee to weigh less. So here I am.
WHAT EXPERIENCES CAN YOU SHARE: I've done ww and tried the flex program. It worked for me, but as stated above I had a few obstacles and didn't stick to the plan. I decided to try the core plan this time and I absolutely love it.
