Default Getting my WW at Home delivered tomorrow. Suggestions?

Thanks for reading if you clicked on my title. I'm sure this question has been asked a million times.

I ordered WW At Home a few days ago, it is getting delivered to my house tomorrow.

From the information I have found on the net I think Core will work the best for me, least amount of counting.

Did you just go through all the materials then make a grocery list?

Yes, Jessie and you'll need to make sure you really understand the program. Planning is essential. I also suggest you go to www.barbosdietkitchen.com and search "Core". You'll find hundreds of great Core recipes. You can also check out our Core recipes here.

Come join us on the Core Support Board. We are a great bunch of folks. No meaness or sniping like on other boards. Just nice, supportive people.

Good Luck!

What worked best for me when I was transitioning into Core, was to try to make my favorite recipes core. This obviously won't work for all recipes (real fettuccine alfredo comes to mind!) but a lot of them can be altered with fat free products, Splenda, and the like. That way, you can still use up the ingredients you have on hand, meanwhile, working toward a completely Core pantry. Barbo's is a great site - as mentioned above. We also have some good recipes listed up above in our Core Recipes sub-board. Find some new Core thing you really like (for me it was barley) and build on that.

Good luck! Pretty soon, your body will want Core foods, and you'll think cake and potato chips are disgusting. OK, probably not, but I can dream, can't I? : )
