Default sweet potatoes
Are sweet potatoes a "one a day" item or only regular white potatoes?

My material says "Whole-wheat pasta or brown rice or potatoes is limited to one meal a day."

I'm thinking that would include sweet potatoes. Hope this helps!

I agree with Kathy. Sweet potatoes are definitely once a day.
