Monday Menus

  • Forgot my breakfast/lunch, so improvising today.

    b: 2 graham crackers (pts)
    l: plain baked potato and garden salad
    d: eggs w/salsa, black beans and polenta
    s: fruit salad, popcorn
  • B: oatmeal, skim milk, coffee
    L: shrimp salad in 1/2 avocado, cup of grapes
    D: Rotisserie chicken, black eyed peas, steamed veggies
    S: banana

    Exercise: still recovering from pneumonia...taking forever. All I could do was a 45 minute slow stroll.

    S - persimmon
    L - lentil soup and salmon sandwich (1)
    S - applesauce and yogurt
    D - grilled veg and yocheese pasts
    - choc pudding

  • B: 1 egg, banana
    L: Morning Star Farms Chic'n Parm, applesauce
    D: Swiss steak (chuck, 2 tbls flour pounded in, stewed tomatoes, onion, bell pepper), baby carrots and one more side dish (still don't know what that will be yet), FF cheese slices
    Dessert: ???? maybe FF, SF pudding
  • B: Fat free Waffle (1)
    L: Applesauce
    D: Omelet w/2% Cheese; boiled, 97% ff ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, 1/2 potato made into hashbrowns and ff sour cream
    S: ff french vanilla pudding and ff whipped topping
