Wednesday Menus

  • b: fresh fruit salad
    l: plain baked potato, yogurt w/pineapple
    d: bunless burgers or meatballs w/veggies
    s: popcorn or vegetable soup (Campbells Soups at Hand)
  • B- puffed wheat with ff milk and splenda
    L- avocado swiss chicken breast and couscous
    D- oven fried fish and fries
    S- popcorn
  • I am starving today! I walked an hour and 15 minutes today. Is that why?

    B: grits, egg, canadian bacon
    L: cup of hamburger/veggie soup (ran late and playgroup was coming over so didn't get to eat anything else)
    S: gardenburger original on bed of lettuce
    D: talapia, broccoli, salad, fruit, milk

    I may even need another snack before dinner. I just finished the gardenburger patty and am still hungry. Giving it a few minutes right now.
  • shredded wheat, yogurt, 1/2 banana

    popcorn

    WW smoothie w/frozen fruit

    (I'm not feeling well)

    Exercise: 1 hr. water aerobics (the easy instructor, thank goodness), and 20 min. stretching
