Hello,
I have re-started Core plan today. My first try was Oct 8th and had lost 12 Lbs on my first week and loved it. I have gained most of it back.. Now am getting myself back on track and really put effort into this. I love Core and it is the right plan for me,since I hate to journal on counting points.I'm following Core plan at home, no meetings or ww online.
I have a long journey ahead of me..Want to lose 100 plus Lbs..am at 417. I live in NJ ..
