  • It's a whole new week!! Whatcha eating??

    B: bran cereal (2 pts), skim milk, sliced banana
    L: FF cottage cheese and pear halves
    D: Big salad with lettuce, tomato, radishes, purple onion, mushrooms, avocado, grilled chicken strips and FF 1000 Island
  • B: shredded wheat, 1/2 banana, skim milk
    L: Split pea soup, a little roasted chicken and two ff deviled egg halves
    D: beef filet, baked tater, broccoli
    S: I should get another fruit and milk in but I haven't been hungry after dinner.

    l: core meatloaf and green beans
    d: steak w/baked potato or brown rice and veggies
    s: 2 plums, 1 apple, 1 banana and milk
  • B: Banana
    L: Healthy Choice ham slices, sweet poatoe stuffed with vegitarian baked beans, FF milk
    D: ?????? I have no idea.

    Exercise: 1 hour water aerobics (instructor uses HIIT--I was tired!)
