It's a whole new week!! Whatcha eating??
B: bran cereal (2 pts), skim milk, sliced banana L: FF cottage cheese and pear halves D: Big salad with lettuce, tomato, radishes, purple onion, mushrooms, avocado, grilled chicken strips and FF 1000 Island |
B: shredded wheat, 1/2 banana, skim milk
L: Split pea soup, a little roasted chicken and two ff deviled egg halves D: beef filet, baked tater, broccoli S: I should get another fruit and milk in but I haven't been hungry after dinner. |
