Default Monday menu

oy, a week from heck over.

breakfast:
multigrain cereal, non fat milk, 1/2 tsp muscavado sugar

lunch:
ww pasta
roasted tomato sauce
parmesan cheese

dinner:
who knows?

snack:
carrots
one caramel from bretagne (1 WPA)

exercise: 35 min bike (hills)
1 hour step aerobics class

S: Apple, Alba shake
D: Blackened talapia, green beans, small salad with FF feta

Exercise: Walk 55 minutes

B: 1 whole and 3 eggs white scrambled with green onion. FF mozrella cheese.
L: Stirfry veggies with a bit of beef, applesauce, couscous.
D: Amy's WW Mac n' cheese, salad, baby carrots. cauliflower.
Dessert: FF/SF butterscotch pudding
Snack: Today I had 3 Lowfat Sour Cream and Onion Pringles. They are pretty good. A serving is 13 or 15 (I can't remember) I will try them again tomarrow.
Exercise: 25 situps, 10 pushups, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minute jogging, 3 - 75 yard sprints, 10 minutes soccer ball dribbling. The hard part in the situps. I need to get better at these. I have to rest after only 5 of them. I am trying though.

Shredded wheat w/ splenda, bananas, and FF milk

Lunch:
Tex Mex Chicken salad
Romaine and avacado salad (both WW-core recipes)
fruit salad - strawberries, bananas, grapes, and cantelope

Dinner:
baked potato w/ left over crockpot roast on top of it

Snacks:
hard boiled egg

S - FF/Plain yogurt with splenda & vanilla extract
D - Long Horn Steak House - Cajun Primerib (ate 1/2 brought rest home) baked potato - no butter, salad with dressing (2 pts).
