Sunday's Menus
B: southwestern burritos (made with eggs beaters/vegeterian sausage crumbles/ff cheese) 3 pts. for the Wheat tortilla
Don't know about the rest yet--went shopping yesterday so lots of stuff to choose from in the pantry and fridge. |
B - Scrambled Eggs (1 whole egg, 1 egg white) topped w/FF cheese
L - Fajita vegetarian burger, Campbells Beef & Vegetable Soup S - 1/2 banana D - WW pasta w/chickpeas, onions, hot pepper, 1/2 banana sauteed w/PAM, Splenda & cinnamon. S - SF Jello w/fruit Before Bed - will have oatmeal |
B-shred wheat&bran with ff milk and banana
lunch-tomatoes lettuce ff cottage cheese and pork strips sliced up with good seasons. (chinesse pork stripes are boiled) supper-roast chic with roasted potatoes, squash, turnip and homemade stuffing (3pts) gravy ( very little but I count it as 2pt.) 1 slice of jello cake-3 pts. Jello cake: lemon cake made according to package. mix 1 cup hot water with sf lime jello. poke holes in cooked cake and poor jello over. put in frig. mix in a bowl sf lemon pudding and ff cool whip. spread mixture over cake and chill. The only non core item is the mix ( water, egg and 1/3 oil) it is good and not so bad for you. I made it for a cook out, but Hurricane Ivan came through! walked 2x today 1 hour some 8 points earned AP |
