Livvi that is wonderful!!! Do you find the jeans run bigger there? When I was a 10 I could get 8's at Old Navy (which was great to my ego, lol) Now that I am an 8 I should go back and see if I can get a 6!! But that is a great NSV for you!

Speaking of jeans, I have had a hard time finding jeans that fit well, no matter what weight or size I am. I used to wear jeans a lot when I was younger but since I have "matured" they all just seem to not fit right through the tummy area. Very uncomfortable sitting down. I know I could get a size larger but then DH calls me "baggy britches" cause they are too big behind. Does anyone have a specific brand or style that seems to accommodate the "grandmother" figure? I would love to wear them again, some occasions just call for jeans!

Janette, have you tried the stretch jeans? They follow your natural curves and I find they fit really well. Also I think Levi has a brand called True Fit or something like that that is suppose to fit well also. And if you have problems with the stomach try some lower rise jeans (not hip huggers, lol... just lower on the stomach) that is what I like. HTH!

Size 8, wow that is awesome!

Fiftieslady~Lee Jeans makes several different cuts and they are very inexpensive. I believe Walmart and Target carry them.

If you go to their online...or see and add, you can kinda size it up to your body type.

The Levi True Fit, use to be, and I am not sure now, but you would go in the Store and they would measure you and stuff...like a tailor.
That may have changed now, it has been a while since I was really into shopping...
