Default Not Fair!!

I just recently started getting the WW magazine (I really like it), and trying to stick to it at home. I have the flex points plan from last year. Now, I'm thinking I'd really like to try core, but because I'm no longer a member, I can't get it. Is there anyone who would be willing to give me tidbits on what to do? I'm trying to eat the whole foods way, as well, going to the Whole Foods Supermarket . . . but Core seems to me that you have unlimited amounts of certain foods. Anybody willing to help?

Really the program is a copywrite and we can give tidbits. Whole foods, eat until satisified but you really need to get the books.

You can try e-bay but sometimes the cost is very high. You could since a lot of regions are offering free registration (you would only pay for 1 weekly fee) and stay for the 30 minute meeting and get the Week One booklets and maybe purchase the Food Companions/Dining Out Companions and start from there with support here.

Other options are purchsing the 'at home' kit or joining online to get the information.

Kelly's right, we aren't supposed to share program specifics since the program is copyrighted. Look for a Private Message from me for ideas, though.

For the price differential of going to whole paycheck versus a normal grocery store, you could easily pay for the a week of meeting fees.

WW is a business, they are not going to give you something for nothing.
