Default NOT diet related.........

Does anyone know or anyone, or have you ever gotten pregnant after a vasectomy? My girlfriend is worried she may be pregnant again and is afraid to test. Just curious how common it is!

Yes it can happen. I work for a urologist and if the vas isn't sealed sperm can still get through. It is not very common as most vasectomies the vas is sealed. Tell her to spend the $8 and do a home pregnancy test...being afraid isnt' going to change it if she is.

how long has he had the vasectomy?? if it's been recently then yes, she could definitely be pregnant!! You have to use a backup method for several weeks (or so many "releases" if you know what I mean) before he is considered fixed.

I just checked with our vasectomy specialist. He said 6 weeks or 24 ejaculations however he should be having checks up to 6 weeks or 24 ejaculations whichever comes first to test to see if there is sperm there.
