I guess It's just me.. but fat free stuff tastes the same to me.. just watery. Except... I don't care for fat free milk. It's wayy to watery... but I drink it anyways. Fat free mayo is watery too.. not all that great in tuna to me... but I eat it anyway. I feel I'd rather eat fat free foods, than gain 60 lbs back. I also just learned that it takes your taste buds 2 weeks to get used to a different food or taste. So give it time. I used to think Fat free catalina dressing was the worse tasting stuff in the world.. but now it tastes fine to me!

QuiterVA - I have tried every fat-free cheese under the sun and I just do not compromise on TASTE. The melting thing can be gotten around but it is the TASTE and QUALITY. I have told you that I am a cheese snob and I will remain a cheese snob. Not like I am eating 8 or 16 ounces at a time so full fat cheese will not hurt me nor hinder my weight loss efforts or cause me to be unhealthy.
