Hi! I'm new to the simply filling/core program. I was wondering if date sugar is considered a core food and can I use it for baking etc. Can anyone help?

Geez, snitch I never heard of it. However, only naturally occurring sugar is Core as far as I know, like the kind in dairy and other foods.
