Default CORE Question - Breakfast

Hi, I'm hoping to switch from Flex to Core this week and would like some ideas for breakfast. I'm always in a hurry in the morning, so it really has to be quick. I eat cold cereal with 1% milk every morning, either Special K with strawberries or honey nut cheerios. I know I'm in a rut. I'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks, Kathy

You could eat your cereal and milk -- switch to ff milk and for cereal, any whole grain cereal made without sugar or nuts. Shredded wheat, puffed wheat/rice and fiber one are all core. You can also eat boiled eggs, ff/plain yogurt with fruit and fiber one on top, oatmeal is also core. HTH

Thanks Paula, I guess I have to spend more time in the cereal aisle. Like I said I get into a rut and keep eating the same foods. Now that I think of it, maybe that's why I don't loose as much weight as I think I should. My body is just used to the same foods. Thanks for the suggesitons. Kathy
