I have always, always avoided the Core program just because I didn't really understand it and Flex was working for me. Well, I'm now down to losing weight after my 3rd and last baby and this time Flex is not really working for me. So, I'm seriously considering going to Core. I've read all my materials and have one question for now (bear with me, I may have more!):
Beans -- do they really have to be dried? I know, I know, the answer most likely is Yes. But I am a bean eater and beans out of the can have always been my staple so I'm experiencing serious resistance :lol
If they have to be dried, any of you have any ideas for quick & easy ways to cook them up? Using a crock pot maybe?
