Let's keep in mind that WWs makes changes that they have proven on tests groups to be more effective than the old program. This new program may be just the ticket for weight loss success for some that have struggled in the past. Having said that, then, yes, I wouldn't blame you for wanting all the info you can get, just in case you don't have the opportunity to change, or choose not to. Personally, I'm excited about the changes and can't wait to hear more!

i agree which is why a small part of me is secretly hoping that what i posted last night isnt true but given the fact that ive a friend who belongs to a ww center that participates in the test groups when changes are attempted(which is where the info i posted came from) its kinda unlikely. my problem is i dont like counting points(i know im weird! lol)

Not weird at all! Many people don't like to be bothered with points.

personally, i wouldnt have minded some more core changes like whole grain bread as a 1x a day rule like they do in NZ and limiting avacados to 1 a day due to fat and stuff like that, but of course im not ww's just a lowly peasant girl

I'm on Core and personally think it can use a major overhaul. I hate counting all day too; that's why I chose Core. I think any changes will definitely be beneficial.

I'm very excited about the new plan and will be at my meeting 8 a.m. on December 7th, for it's release!

The original purpose of this thread has been served, I'm going to go ahead and close it. The new plan will be unveiled December 7th, and at that point I look forward to having a wonderful, well-informed discussion about the changes with all of you!
