I did have a menu yesterday even if I didn't post and except for a couple of glasses of wine when I got home pretty much stuck to it. So I'm going to go again.
Thursday (flex pts) b - egg, soy sausage, lt english muffin, banana [6pts] l - grilled cheese w/tomato [5pts]; tomato soup [2pt]; carrots [0pts] s - fiber one bar [2pts] s2 - apple [1pt]; low sugar peanut butter [4pts] d - fajita turkey burger [4pts]; salad w/avocado [2pts]; tomatillo salsa [0pts]; sour cream [2pts] Planned AP - yoga [2pts] Total 28/28 leaves me with 2 AP for the day for unplanned. I am doubting I will have a loss Tuesday. More exercise is going to be necessary if I keep eating like this. |
