Menus - Wednesday Sept 3
Happy Hump Day,
B - egg sandwich (poached egg, soy sausage, lt english muffin) [1pt]; banana
L - grilled veggie w/hummus wrap [2pts], l/o yogurt-mint cucumber salad
S - mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, peach & kiwi)
D - Basil Shrimp w/Feta and Orzo [2pts]
Technically dinner should be more because I haven't found ww orzo. But I'm going to pretend it is (I know I'm only kidding myself)
Activity Pts - none planned hopefully I can squeeze in a couple
Non Core Pts - 5 (possibly 7 if I have wine with dinner we'll see)
So far this week (Sun - Fri; w/Sat off core) I have used 22/35 pts. This menu will make it 27/35 leaving me with 8 for 2 days. I can do that.
