  • I thought I would start 1 thread for menus for the week, and add a post each day. If this doesn't work for you feel free to start new threads each day.

  • Monday
    B - egg sandwich (poached egg, lt english muffin, soy sausage) [1pt]
    L - corn chowder [1pt]; flat out bread chips w/hummus [2pt]
    S - fresh fruit (melon, nectarine)
    D - sausage and whole grain stuffed cabbage; mashed potato w/ff sour cream; carrots
    S - popcorn

    AP - bike ride 1hr [-3pts]

    This plan gives me 1 WPA for the day

  • MONDAY

    b-Melted FF cheese on WW bagel[2]1c FF milk

    d-Chicken Kabob[corn on cob,zucchini,red peppers,chicken cubes]all cut into cubes,marinated for 30 mins. and than put on skewers and BBQed

    sn-banana/ff sf chocolate pudding

    supper-Tuna Salad[tuna,FF plain yogurt,onion & celery] stuffed in baby zucchinis

    Des- apple sauce & FF plain yogurt

    28 WPA-2=26 WPA's left.

    B-cottage cheese oatmeal pancakes w/cherry berry jam & glass of ff milk

    L-tuna w/ff mayo on 1/2 ww pita(0 points) and glass of ff milk

    D-teriyaki chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato w/molly mcbutter & sugar twin, salad w/ff dressing, veggie shreds and ff croutons(1 pt)

    Got in all my water, my vitamin but am lacking my oil and 2 fruits/veggies so I will make a smoothie with banana, berries, ff milk and my oil so I will have all my requirements in.
  • TUESDAY

    b-banana on puffed rice cereal,1 c FF milk

    d-WW Spaghetti with Turkey meatballs & beet salad

    sn-baked apple

    supper-fish sticks[2] on Eng Muffin[2]ketchup & lettuce leaf

    des.WW smoothie

    had 26 pts-4 = 22 left
  • Tuesday
    Didn't get my ride in so I used 4 WPA yesterday, on to today.

    b - egg sandwich [1pt]
    s - fruit
    l - gazpacho; flat out chips and hummus [2pts]
    s - popcorn
    d - grilled chicken; grilled potatoes [1pt]; acorn squash

    planned exercise - weight training at the gym 2 pts and maybe a bike ride to make up for yesterday

    WPA = 4 - 2 = 2

    L: fish, mango salad and green peas
    D: cereal, fruit salad and ff yogurt

    d--1/2 sandwich and a few oven fried potatoes

    S-banana smoothie with soy milk and banana
    D-turkey breast (roasted), green beans with evoo, carrots with ff dressing, grapes
  • WEDNESDAY

    b-2 slices bacon[2] eggbeaters,1c ff milk

    d-Roasted eggplant & peppers with chicken strips

    sn-berries & FF yogurt

    supper-Soup[ Progresso lite veggies barley soup] & Sand[fish fillet[.5] on 1/2 WW bagel[.5]

    des-FF popcorn

    22 WPA-3=19 points left
  • WEDNESDAY

    B: Fibre 1 cereal, banana, fruit salad, lf milk
    L: changed this: had same lunch as Tuesday to finish off the left over fish. SO, fish and mano salad.
    D: green salad, to comepensate for the pizza slice I ate at 4PM with a friend

    snacks: 2 brazil nuts (pts); fruit, probably a nectarine

    I have 9.5 WPA's remaining until Friday (or at least I did until I ate the pizza!)
  • Wednesday's menu

    B eggs and ff cheese, coffee
    L buffalo chicken burger, carrots, grapes
    D roasted turkey, banana
    S popcorn made with healthy oil
  • Tuesday

    D-Go for the grains casserole & sticky chicken & broccoli

    S-Smoothie w/strawberries, banana & ff milk
    94% ff popcorn w/2 tsp canola oil
  • Wednesday

    B-Shredded wheat w/ raspberries & ff milk

    L-Large salad made w/Lettuce, mushrooms, grilled chicken & ff croutons (1 pt) w/ff honey mustard dressing

    D-high fiber tortilla (1 pt) w/ground beef & core taco seasoning, lettuce, go for the grain casserole & ff cheese, made into a burrito w/salsa

    S-(did not eat yet, but plan on a smoothie w/2 fruits, milk & oil)
