B: Fibre 1 cereal, banana, fruit salad, lf milk
L: changed this: had same lunch as Tuesday to finish off the left over fish. SO, fish and mano salad.
D: green salad, to comepensate for the pizza slice I ate at 4PM with a friend
snacks: 2 brazil nuts (pts); fruit, probably a nectarine
I have 9.5 WPA's remaining until Friday (or at least I did until I ate the pizza!)
