Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, skim milk
Lunch: Oatmeal pancake with Smuckers FF syrup Snack: 1 1/2 cups of fresh cherries Dinner: Grilled Butt Steak, fresh whole wheat pasta with smart balance (2 points), fresh steamed green beans. Snack: Hot vanilla milk or a Frosty Smoothie |

l--WW TV dinner s--banana d--1 slice bread, turkey, swiss cheese, tomato, onion, 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce s--popcorn |
b-1/2 c puffed rice cereal with 1/2 c ff chocolate yogurt[1.5]
d-turkey sausage[3] peppers & onion ,1/2 c tomato sauce 1/2 c WW pasta,2 c salad greens with FF dress. sn-Weight Watcher ice cream cup[2] supper-L/C pizza[8] large salad with ff dress. des-plain yogurt with raspberries. Used 15 WPA today. Tomorrow is a new week. |
