Default Red River

Is it possible that Red River Hot Cereal is core? (I hope).

Ingredients:

cracked wheat
cracked rye
flax (cracked and whole)

If not, it works out to 2 points per serving. Which isn't bad, but hey, if I can have those two points for something else... all the better

I have not heard of it either, but in my ww book it states for hot cereal to be core it has to be

"Any plain variety that does not contain added sugar or nuts"

Hope this helps!

All but the maple & brown sugar ready-to-eat version would be. Regular Red River makes yummy bread, too, but you'd have to add the points for that, since you need flour and sugar to make it.
