Default Let me tell you, Core works!

Hi to all. Yesterday was a mindblower!

I stepped on the scale one day after weigh in which is done at home. I'm flying solo for now. Lo and behold... I'm down 50 lbs.!

I had lost 50 and regained it back. I restarted on the WW exchange Plan called Freedom Plan and did well with a -15.5 lb. drop. I then went to Core and lost another 34.5 lbs.

Today I stepped on the scale and still down the whole 50 lbs.!

Never give up. Never do it! I admit it, I'm a Tweaker but it has worked well for me. I keep the basics but I do eat white rice, white pasta and I do eat some days two potatoes a day and still lose. You don't have to be perfect on Core but stay away from as much processed foods as you can.

I have 85 lbs. to go. I'm hopeful the new Plans will be interesting as I plan to join for a meeting and see whether to fly solo longer or go to meetings. I know I eventually need to go to meetings later on for Maintenance but regardless, Core does work.

Wow, great job, congratulations! I've been thinking of trying Core and with your great results and recommendation, I'm going to try it! I'm not great at counting every point, so this could be the way to go for me.

KEEPING GOING!!

I was a tweaker on Flex and like Atkins except the lack of fruit so Core is really interesting to me now. I'm really going to try and give it a try and see if I can do it and not fudge too much. My only problem so far is finding fat free cheese, but I did find some cheddar today. I made a taco salad with ff refried beans with some of that cheddar mixed in and 93% lean ground beef. It was good.

thanks for the inspiration!
