How to activity points work with Core?

  • I've been a WW member for years, and decided to give Core a shot for a few weeks, just to shake things up a bit. Since I'm so used to Points, I'm finding it hard to switch over to Core thinking, but I'm committed to trying it out. My question relates to activity points earned daily. I exercise about 6-8 points worth 5 times a week. On the days that I do earn those exercise points, can I eat "points" food? For example, can I have an extra slice of bread, or perhaps a WW 2-points ice cream treat that day? I understand that on Core I get to have an extra 35 points for the entire week to "spend" on foods with points values, but what about those points that I earn when I exercise?
  • hi there. here's what i think is right about using activity pts.

you ca earn a maximum of 4 per day. so that's 28 per week. you can spend those any way you want. or you can save them. on core like flex you also get the 35 weekly allowance pts. i usually spend them before i use any activity pts. my husband spends activity pts on something that's a treat. he makes himself earn the pts first. (he's a better weight watcher than i am.)
