Default Week 8 Results - Frouf's Loose 2 Cruise 2 - Sailing Along....?

Well we're a third of the way through the challenge and I have to say I for one am pretty happy. It's amazing how the program works if you actually work it

Well at WI tonight I was down another 1.8 lbs. Another .4 and I get my 30 lb star. Too bad it took me 2 years . Oh well at least I haven't been going the other way. Here are my stats:

Challenge results:

Starting - 0
Week 1 - 4.2 down 10.8 to go
Week 2 - stayed the same still 10.8 to go
Week 3 - 3.6 up 14.4 to go
Week 4 - 1 down 13.4 to go
Week 5 - 2 down 11.4 to go
Week 6 - 1.8 down 9.6 to go
Week 7 - 0.6 down 9 more to go
Week 8 - 1.8 down 7.2 to go

Goal (week 21) - 15 lbs down

Good luck everyone.

You know someday I'll learn to spell LOSE instead of LOOSE! And you can't change the thread name

Great going, both of you! I'll find out tomorrow if I had any success.

donna, i've been reading your chart knowing i should make one, too. thank you for the idea.

may 18--172.2
may--25--170.2
june 1--169.4
june 8--173.4
june 14--171.8
june 21--used my do not weigh pass
june 28--176.4
july--6--174.4

this is it straight from my ww journal. it's an eye opener. also, photos from the family reunions opened my peepers, too. i had falsely gotten comfortable with my weight. no more.

lead on, chickies. i'm behind you.

now here's something interesting. did you notice my different moods at about the same number on the scales? i'm much happier when i'm losing than when i'm gaining, even if the number is higher. i know they tell us at ww that the number on the scales is just a number. they're right. it's what we're doing that's important.

If this is Week 8 and there are 21 weeks, then we have 13 weeks?...just over three months...am I right?

If so, I'm going for losing 1 pound a week between now and then.

Is my understanding of how many weeks we have correct?
