My name is Kay & I am new to the boards here. I usually post on another board--but I thought I would start checking this out on a regular basis too!
I am married--no kids--live on Long Island, NY.
I have been doing Core for afew months now & it's been a godsend to me. I was struggling on flex & needed to change something. I am now a Core believer!!!
It will be a year that I am back on WW's---and I have lost 59+ lbs so far. I am shooting for the big 199 within the next 2 weeks!!!I'm still sort of freaked that I am halfway to my goal weight......it's been a very long time since I've been there!!!

Kay. My first WW leader was named Kay. She said it was short for Kathryn. When she lost her weight (89 lbs, I believe), she decided to have a slimmer name, too. Congratulations on your accomplishments. I am anxious to hear what all you've been doing. You definitely are working the plan successfully.
