Come on Chickies even if you've had a bad week you can jump right back in the water and get moving.

My results for last week (and I must say I am pretty happy ): Down another 2 lbs. 0.6 more and I'll be where I was before vacation

Week 1 - 4.2 down 10.8 to go
Week 2 - stayed the same still 10.8 to go
Week 3 - 3.6 up 14.4 to go
Week 4 - 1 down 13.4 to go
Week 5 - 2 down 11.4 to go

Goal (week 21) - 15 lbs down

i'm here with my head down. i gained 4 lbs this past week. i made some choices that i would now reconsider.

oh, well, no matter what i do now i can't change the past. i'll just focus on the future.
