I'm not big on sweets, except for sweet potatoes, LOL! I don't put brown sugar or cinnamon or stuff like that on them though. Bananas have to be extremely yellow with not even
one dot on them or I won't eat it. They get too sweet otherwise. I like all sorts of other fruit though, like berries and melon and apples, but I don't eat them very often. I make a bowl for Judd every day to have with his lunch but I'd just rather not eat it myself. Plus, I've quit having snacks ... and if I do need a snack, I go for 0 pt carrots and celery instead of 1 pt fruit. It's flawed logic, but I equate sweet with calories even if it's for fruit, so I try to stay away.
What a long explanation just to say "I like fruit, but don't eat it much anymore."
